Dr. Heiner has been serving the Caldwell community since 2013. To help better serve the needs of Caldwell, Dr. Heiner started Vision Specialists of Idaho in 2021. This has been a great transition that has helped Dr. Heiner give more personalized care and treatment to all of his patients.
